Sgt. Maximum is a inventor that builds Robots for mainly Military uses. He does not like Pokemon and intends to wipe them out because he wants to go back to the Robotic Age, the age when Robots where mean't fight each other. He changes into a good guy in "Rise of the Kry", by helping other people fight off Clorog's robots.
